The price and features of any pre-made items will be listed on this website up front and sold as is. For custom orders the price, design and features of the product will be decided based on an initial consultation with the customer. An appropriate timeframe to complete a custom order in, will be agreed during the consultation.
Payment can be completed by bank transfer (BACS) or paypal in currency: GBP. Please note that payment by paypal may be more expensive as to cover paypal's fees. For custom orders we will take a non-refundable deposit payment of 50% on total price in order to cover the cost of buying components for the order and the remaining 50% of the payment prior to shipping.
We ask that our clients provide a clear reference sheet with colour hex codes (or equivalent values) and a range of angles of their character. We are happy to work without a reference sheet with, the caveat that the accuracy of the final product to the character's art cannot be guaranteed. Final colours of fur may not match the colour hex codes provided as it is not possible to source the exact colour of fur desired, if an exact match cannot be obtained the customer will be consulted on their preference.
We do not accept refunds on pre-made or custom orders once the item has reached the customer and has been signed for. Refunds of the first payment which is used to cover the cost of buying electronics and components for the order will not be issued after components have been ordered.
Orders will be shipped with tracked shipping within the United Kingdom. We will ascertain whether tracked and insured shipping to international locations is possible before accepting the order. We do not accept liability for any taxes, customs or import fees which may need to be paid by the recipient.
Pre-made and custom orders are sold as is. We do not accept liability for fires, injury or property damage resulting from use of the item or from further modification of the item. Lithium ion batteries should be used according to the manufacturers instructions. Please do not overload the electronics, do not use low quality non-CE or non-UKCA marked lithium ion batteries. Do not use the electronic components above their operating temperature. Do not use electronic components when out of their safe operating lifetime. We are not liable for any injury or illness that may occur whilst wearing our fursuits or cosplay props.
Fursuits can get hot inside whilst being worn. Please be aware of the symptoms of heat stroke and heat stress, hydrate regularly with water and take the costume off if overheating. If the product has an internal fan we recommend that the fan is switched on whilst being worn as this will keep you cool and reduce condensation.
Batteries are not included. We are happy to advise what types of batteries are safe to use with the product.
We do have cats in our workshop and therefore we cannot guarantee that the products are free of cat allergens. Please be aware of this if you have allergies against cats. We do not accept liability for any harm which results from cat allergies.
